Chief Operating Officer of Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua, visited the site of the proposed Diplomatic Enclave in CBD Bab District to review the progress of site clearance and receive a detailed briefing on the project’s design and upcoming development phases.During the visit, Director Project Management Asif Iqbal, Director Marketing Waseem Siddiq, Director Construction Asif Babar, and other senior officials of CBD Punjab were also present.
The COO CBD Punjab was briefed on the progress of site clearance activities and informed that the site clearance work had been completed.
He was further apprised that construction activities would commence shortly in accordance with the approved design. The briefing also covered various aspects of the project, including its proposed architectural design, development framework and conceptual layout, which were presented through detailed 3D visualizations and renderings.
Speaking on the occasion, COO CBD Punjab Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua stated that the Diplomatic Enclave is a significant and forward-looking initiative of CBD Punjab, envisioned to provide Punjab with a distinctive identity on the international stage. He emphasized that the project would play an important role in strengthening Lahore’s position as a destination for international engagement and diplomatic presence.
He directed all concerned teams to maintain close coordination and adopt an integrated approach to ensure that the project progresses in accordance with the approved design, stipulated timelines, and highest standards of quality. He further stressed the importance of maintaining efficiency and ensuring timely execution at every stage of development.
The COO CBD Punjab also issued necessary instructions to the relevant officials to ensure the project’s timely progress while maintaining the highest standards of planning, development, and construction.The proposed Diplomatic Enclave at CBD Bab District reflects CBD Punjab’s commitment to developing modern, internationally aligned infrastructure and positioning Lahore as a gateway for global engagement, investment, and diplomatic relations.
