Zong Launches 5G Customer Facilitation Desk at Lahore Airport
Zong, Pakistan’s leading technology service enterprise, and Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), have launched a dedicated 5G Customer Facilitation Desk at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. The initiative marks the expansion of Zong’s industry-first airport facilitation model following its successful deployment at Islamabad International Airport, reinforcing the company’s commitment to next-generation technologies, digital enablement, and enhanced passenger connectivity experiences.
The facilitation desk is designed to deliver Ultimate Customer Experience through seamless SIM and services activation, enabling access to high-speed data services, and providing real-time customer support for domestic and international travelers. The initiative further strengthens the airport’s digital ecosystem by enabling uninterrupted access to connectivity services in one of the country’s busiest travel hubs.
