The company also reported strong quarterly earnings growth and declared a cash dividend of Rs97 per share.

According to the company’s financial results, net profit rose from Rs14.10 billion in the corresponding period last year. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) increased to Rs320.31 from Rs310.81, reflecting an improvement in overall profitability.

Nestlé Pakistan Profit Gains Momentum in Q3CY26

Nestlé Pakistan delivered stronger earnings during the third quarter of calendar year 2026 (Q3CY26). Net profit climbed 24% to Rs4.55 billion, compared with Rs3.67 billion in the same quarter of 2025.

Quarterly earnings per share also increased significantly, reaching Rs100.27 against Rs80.93 in Q3CY25. The improvement indicates stronger profitability during the quarter compared with the previous year’s corresponding period.

The company also announced a cash dividend of Rs97 per share, providing a return to shareholders alongside its reported earnings growth.

Net Sales and Gross Profit Show Healthy Growth

Revenue growth remained a key contributor to the company’s nine-month performance. Nestlé Pakistan’s net sales increased by 6% to Rs160.26 billion in 9MCY26, compared with Rs150.82 billion in the same period last year.

The cost of goods sold rose by 5% to Rs98.95 billion. As sales grew faster than these costs, gross profit expanded by 8% to Rs61.31 billion from Rs56.71 billion a year earlier.

This improvement in gross profit suggests that the company maintained better growth in its gross earnings relative to the increase in production and other direct costs.

Operating Profit Rises Despite Higher Marketing Expenses

Nestlé Pakistan continued investing in marketing and sales distribution to support its business operations. These expenses increased by 12% to Rs27.54 billion during the nine-month period.

Administrative expenses remained comparatively controlled, rising by just 3% to Rs5.17 billion. As a result, operating profit grew by 6% to Rs28.61 billion.

The increase in operating earnings demonstrates that the company maintained positive operating growth despite higher spending on marketing and distribution.

Lower Finance Costs and Higher Other Income Support Earnings

Beyond its core operations, Nestlé Pakistan benefited from lower borrowing-related expenses. Finance costs declined by 25% to Rs338.10 million in 9MCY26, down from Rs452.78 million in the corresponding period last year.

Other income also increased substantially, reaching Rs939.77 million compared with Rs409 million in 9MCY25. Meanwhile, other operating expenses stood at Rs2.43 billion.

These factors helped lift profit before income tax by 10% to Rs26.78 billion, strengthening the company’s overall financial performance during the period.

However, the company faced a higher tax burden. Its corporate income tax charge increased by 21% to Rs12.25 billion from Rs10.16 billion in the previous year’s corresponding period.

Despite the higher tax expense, the company maintained growth in its bottom line.

Outlook for Nestlé Pakistan’s Financial Performance

Nestlé Pakistan’s results for the nine months of 2026 highlight the contribution of revenue growth, improved gross profit, stronger other income and lower finance costs to its earnings performance.

The company’s 24% increase in third-quarter net profit also points to stronger quarterly results compared with the same period last year. At the same time, higher marketing expenditure and corporate taxes remain important factors in assessing its financial performance.

Overall, Nestlé Pakistan profit reached Rs14.53 billion in 9MCY26, while net sales rose to Rs160.26 billion and EPS increased to Rs320.31.
