Senior Advisor to CM, Senator Anusha Rehman visited Pakistan\u2019s first and largest IT-focused development project, NSIT City, to review the quality, and strategic direction of work underway at the Punjab flagship technology project. She emphasized the need to fast track the project in accordance with the vision and direction of CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif and to speed up the work using all advanced technologies forwarding the agenda of economic growth and innovation.<\/p>\n

Senator Anusha Rehman emphasized the need to deploy advanced technologies for construction and completing the infrastructure and liaise with relevant regulatory authorities to overcome all hurdles in completing 1st phase of the NSIT She reiterated the government\u2019s commitment to strengthening the IT ecosystem linking industry and academia, keeping focus on emerging technologies and development of comprehensive infrastructure prompting the futuristic needs.<\/p>\n
